You must be 18+ and legally able to enter into contracts. 2. Products. All peptides and related items are sold strictly for laboratory research, in-vitro use, and analytical purposes only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. 3. Orders & Pricing. All prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, out-of-stock items, or shipping restrictions. 4. Payment. Payment is due in full before we ship. We currently accept Zelle, ACH, and wire transfer. Orders are held until payment clears (typically 1–2 business days). 5. Disclaimer. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Products are for research use only. Buyer assumes all responsibility for lawful handling, storage, and use. 6. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunrise Aminos and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this site. 7. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sunrise Aminos is registered. 8. Changes. We may update these terms at any time.
